How is this different from a travel agent, or from just booking it myself?
To draw a Frame, click on Layout in the Toolbar, then select Frame. Now, you can click and drag anywhere on the Canvas.
Do you book the trip, or only plan it?
Both. We plan it down to the detail, then book your hotels, transfers and experiences — and your restaurants too, if you'd like them reserved. You travel with everything confirmed.
Do I have to use the hotels you recommend?
Never. We propose three per city, chosen for your taste, your budget, and the right location — often the thing that makes or breaks a trip. You choose before anything's booked. And because we work with hotels directly, you usually get preferred rates and a few perks.
How do you charge?
Our fee depends on the trip — how many of you are travelling, how many days, and how many cities. It starts at ₹40,000 (about $400), and we'll always tell you the number upfront, before any work begins.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
The earlier the better — the best hotels and tables go first, especially in peak season. Two to three months out is a good rule for most trips, longer for big multi-city journeys or holiday travel. That said, ask anyway; we've put together lovely trips on short notice.
Have you actually been to the places you recommend?
Most of them — between the two of us, we've travelled over 50 countries. Where we haven't been ourselves, we say so, and lean on people we trust on the ground. We won't send you anywhere we wouldn't go.
What happens if something goes wrong while I'm travelling?
We're a message away for the whole trip. A missed connection, a closed restaurant, a change of heart — you reach out, we sort it. You're never the one on hold with an airline at midnight.
